What To Book

I've eliminated the stress of booking that first appointment with a new stylist by implementing a digital consultation form. Based on the answers you provided on your form, I will be able to hand pick the session that will best help achieve your individualized hair goals. You'll receive a customized welcome email telling you exactly what to book with a link provided to book at your convenience.

New Client Digital Consultation Form

It is my goal as a stylist to ensure that I am a good fit for the clients I am working with. Sometimes a client might desire a service or look that isn't my specialty. In order to give each client the best possible experience, I require all new clients to fill out the digital consultation form so that I can ensure your hair goals align with my specialty.

This will also allow me to better customize your salon experience and give me all the knowledge I need regarding your hair history so that I can help you achieve your hair goals.

Non-Refundable Booking Fee

A non-refundable booking fee is required for all new client color appointments. Due to the nature in which I book my appointments, I do not double book and I reserve that time specifically for you, to focus all my attention on giving you the best possible experience. In order to continue to provide that level of experience for you, I require a $50 non-refundable booking fee on all new client color appointments. This amount will be applied toward the total on the day of your appointment and in the event of a no-show or cancellation that is less than 48 hours in advance, your non-refundable booking fee will be forfeited and you must submit a new one to secure a new appointment.

If you need to cancel for any reason, please give 48 hours notice and I will gladly transfer your deposit to your new appointment reservation. If something comes up on the day of your appointment, please let me know. Day of or last minute cancellations will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

Photos

Each visit will include before and after photos, to show off where we started and how gorgeous your hair turns out. I LOVE taking photos of my clients and showcasing them on social media and my website.

While I truly enjoy taking photos of each and every client, I know that not everyone feels comfortable having their photo taken. I'll never take photos of you that don't make you look amazing and I'll never post pictures without your permission.

Please note that photos serve as a documentation of our visit and will be used as a record in the event a service adjustment is ever needed. By accepting an appointment with me and sitting in my chair, you are consenting to photos being taken of your hair and utilized for social media purposes. As mentioned previously, should you decided that you are not comfortable with having photos taken of your face, please note that photos of the back and sides of your hair will still be taken.

 

What To Wear

You can expect that we'll be taking photos at your appointment, so I'd recommend wearing something that's black, white or neutral for those after photos, as they'll showcase your hair the best for photos.

Feel free to dress up or dress more causal and comfortable. Whatever you're comfortable with is fine with me. If you're not sure what to wear, feel free to send me some photos of wardrobe ideas and I'll help you pick the perfect 'fit!
